Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps the body unwind stored tension, restore proper alignment, and encourage optimal function. It works by balancing the cranial and fascial systems—the connective tissue network that links everything in the body, from muscles and bones to organs and nerves.
Unlike approaches that “force” change, DBB uses light touch, gentle rocking, and subtle movements to allow your body to release restrictions at its own pace. This process helps the nervous system calm down, fascia soften, and joints realign naturally.
